The physicians and staff at The Family Clinic are here to care for you. In your goal of wellness, in times of acute illness, or chronic disease.

Our Staff:

-Our providers- (Drs. Matt Duran, Christie Duran, Kris Rivera, Mitch Janasek, Elizabeth "Libby" Burgwin, Holly Gustafson, FNP and Leasa Garrett, FNP) combine decades of clinical experience to bring expertise to your care. While the providers all function as a single practice, each has a unique style, ensuring the personal doctor-patient relationship that you deserve. All efforts will be made to make sure you see your regular primary care provider, ensuring the continuity of care that you deserve.

-Our knowledgable and experienced medical assistants- (Cass,Coral,Scott and Stephanie) work directly with each physician, and are often your first line of communication for the "logisitics" of your health care to include: scheduling tests, arranging follow-up and referrals, obtaining insurance authorizations, etc.

-Our friendly front office staff- (Sheila,Lori and Heather) are here to help you with scheduling appointments, handling insurance cards and patient information, etc.

-Our billing department- (Joely and Marlee) can help you with insurance issues and payment options.

*Joely also handles our medical records department. Should you need records transferred to/from us, they are available for any questions you might have.*
