About Our Physicians:

All together, our physicians combine decades of patient care experience. Drs. Matt Duran, Christie Duran, Kristine Rivera, Mitch Janasek, Elizabeth "Libby" Burgwin and Nurse Practitioner Holly Gustafson strive to provide compassionate and current medical knowledge to you and your family. Each physician has an unique practice style and area of special interest or expertise. We strive to make sure you can see your regular primary care provider for every visit, as often as possible, providing the continuity of care that you deserve. Conversely, all of the doctors act as one "practice," often sharing ideas about patient care, and "covering" for one another as needed, to make sure you receive care in a timely fashion.
