Welcome to The Family Clinic of Fort Collins. We are a group of family practice physicians taking care of patients and their families in Northern Colorado since 1974. The physicians and staff of The Family Clinic have deep roots in the community. As well as long standing relationships with local physician specialists, various therapists, and complimentary medicine providers. We are here to help you achieve your individual health and wellness goals, at all stages of life. From times of illness, to striving toward optimum health. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday: 8am to 5pm.

Office visits range from 15 minutes to 1 hour or more, depending on the nature of your visit. Please make sure you give our front staff a good idea of all the problems you wish to discuss, so that adequate time can be given to you during your visit. Also, we strive to maintain some availability for urgent or "same day" visits. Finally, it is beneficial for you to bring, or have sent to us ahead of time, your prior medical records (including lab or radiology reports) to discuss at your visit, in most cases.

We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit to complete necessary paperwork.

Established patients should arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled visit for a timely check in.

The office is closed for the following holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Even when the office is closed, you can always reach the on-call physician.
