Dr. Elizabeth "Libby" Burgwin

History/Education

Dr. Burgwin was originally born in Fort Collins and later moved to the East Coast where she completed her schooling and medical training. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and went onto medical school at University of Maryland School of Medicine. She then completed her family medicine residency training at the Virgina Commonwealth University/Fairfax Family Practice program. As a board certified Family Medicine physician, Dr. Burgwin spent several years working as a faculty member at the residency training program in Fairfax, Virgina until deciding to move back out to Colorado. She now lives in Fort Collins with her husband and their two children.

Personal Interests

Dr. Burgwin loves being a mom, loves to go hiking, birdwatching, and a cup of good coffee or wine.
